For nearly 35 years, WSRE-TV has been dedicated to providing value television to its viewers. The digital age ensures that the quality programming WSRE-TV's viewers have come to expect will continue meeting their needs for generations to come. WSRE-TV is committed to providing programs that educate, inform, and entertain. All of WSRE-TV's locally produced programming has a reputation for doing all three. WSRE-TV looks forward to inspiring, educating, informing and entertaining viewers from Southern Alabama, to Pensacola and eastward toward Destin, FL with locally produced, educational and issue based programming.

Connecting the Community Connecting the Community is a weekly, half-hour public affairs call-in show that airs at 7 p.m. on Thursdays. Born in the wake of Hurricane Ivan, CTC evolved into an issues-oriented show that keeps viewers connected to their community. The show is live and features screened viewer calls from WSRE’s tri-county area (approximately 382,000 households). Subjects include politics, education, health, economic development, religion, and others that usually involve multi-dimensional issues and a variety of viewpoints. Connecting the Community strives to present interesting subjects in a measured and balanced manner. Hosted by Lloyd Patterson and Robin Woods.

Aware
This program focuses on minority affairs and interests. Aware is hosted by Dee Dee Sharpe and airs the fourth Friday of each month at 8:00 p.m.

Garden Magic
Dr. Bill Bennett hosts this monthly gardening program. Garden Magic provides expert solutions for avid gardening problems. The show airs the third Friday of each month at 8:00 p.m.

Legislative Review
This program keeps viewers up-to-date on community issues. WSRE-TV hosts a live dialogue with the Northwest Florida Legislative Delegates. All Legislators are given the opportunity to address important issues facing Northwest Florida from the recent legislative session in Tallahassee, Fla. The general public also has the chance to ask questions of their Legislators by phone, mail or email. Legislative Review is hosted by Lloyd Patterson and covers many topics ranging from legislation passed during the prior session and the budget.

Open Forum
This program is hosted by Lloyd Patterson. Open Forum provides an opportunity for citizens to get involved in public affairs by calling in to a panel of guests to have their questions answered. The show airs the first Friday of each month at 8:00 p.m.

PJC-TV
PJC-TV is hosted by Dr. Betsy Smith. This program is about the people, places and events of Pensacola Junior College. The show airs the second Friday of each month at 8:00 p.m.
