HOOBASTANK
Alternative rock band "Hoobastank" recently visited Pensacola for a special, FREE concert back in February. The concert was taped as an "unplugged" live production for WSRE's "StudioAmped," a public television music series, which normally spotlights regional rising talent. The show will premiere on Thursday, April 2 at 8:30 p.m. on WSRE HD, with a repeat the following Wednesday, April 8 at 10 p.m. The concert was produced in partnership with local radio station TK101 - 101.5 FM, the Rock Station, in WSRE's Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio.
Hoobastank has just released a new album "FOR(N)Ever," which features their newest singles "My Turn" and "So Close, So Far." They have sold nearly four million albums in the U.S., and their most popular album, "The Reason," reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and has since, gone double-platinum.Hoobastank's website
