The Foundation is administered by a Board of Directors made up of members of the community who have an interest in the services provided by the Station. The board members serve three-year terms. Current Board members are listed below. The Board Finance Committee meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., and the Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. at the WSRE offices, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.
The WSRE TV Foundation promotes and manages Donor Services and other giving programs of the station. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and serves as a direct support organization for WSRE/Pensacola State College under Florida statutes.
