The WSRE-TV Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors will hold a Board Planning/Retreat on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the WSRE Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

The WSRE-TV Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled meetings on the following dates: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 4:15 p.m.; Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 4:15 p.m.; and Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 4:15 p.m. All previously listed meetings will be held in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

The Finance Committee meetings will be on the following dates: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. All previously listed meetings will be held in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

The Board of Directors Investment Committee has been scheduled for the following dates: Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. All previously listed meetings will be held in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

The Community Engagement Committee for Pensacola and Western Viewing Area will meet Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus,1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida; and on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 4:30 at The Fish House Restaurant.

The Nominating and Executive Committees of the WSRE Foundation Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 immediately following the Board of Directors meeting in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

The Nominating Committee will meet on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., and Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 4:00-4:15 p.m. in the Patricia Windham Community Room of the Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, Pensacola State College Campus, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida.

Any person who desires to appeal any decision made by the WSRE-TV Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings thereof. Since WSRE-TV Foundation, Inc. does not make verbatim records of its proceedings, such person may need to independently secure such a record which should include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
